Production of concrete

GMP spa, thanks to a consolidated experience, and thanks to a high degree of professionalism, is a leader in Umbria in the production and marketing of concrete pre-packaged. 

What business activity is prevalent, the production and sale of concrete, is accomplished by means of a process which begins with the extraction of inert materials from our quarries and the consequent production of grit and sand of various particle sizes.

The packaging of the concrete is run by a system of production, with your three-point load and a capacity of 120 cubic meters/hour, using the best techniques of automation, can produce any type of concrete, ensuring the speed of loading, the homogeneity in the production, constant quality control and traceability of the material that is produced and delivered.

The delivery of the concrete is organised so as to be able to provide our customers with the best service possible, responding to the needs of the construction site at times unpredictable.

To do this, GMP spa is equipped with a vast number of machines, 10 concrete mixers, 4 betonpompe and 3 pumps. The Company has continuously invested in human resources, thus helping to select skilled and available.

The entire production and delivery of concrete is designed and controlled systematically by a laboratory within the company, in order to verify the exact conformity of the products with the " CE " standards and at the same time, ensure that our customers any kind of technical assistance.

This organization has been allowed to GMP spa, already in possession of the Certificate of the Quality System UNI en ISO 9001:2008, reach, date 14/01/2008 the Certificate Of Factory Production Control (FPC) pursuant to the Decree 14/01/2008 “Technical Standards for Construction”.
