When the structures in cement are demolished or refurbishedthe recycling of concrete is a method increasingly common use. Crushing

L’ aggregate concrete collected from demolition sites is made to pass through a machine crushing. The plants crushing only accept concrete not contaminated, which must be free of waste , of wood , paper and other similar materials. The remaining pieces aggregates are sorted for size. Larger pieces can traverse back to the mill. After the crushing is done, other particulates are filtered through a variety of methods, including the manual collection and the flotation of the water.

Reuse

The pieces of the concrete, the smaller are used as gravel for new projects construction. The gravel is deposited as the bottom layer in a street, with cement cool or asphalt poured on it. The concrete recycled it can also be used as aggregate dry concrete new if no contaminants. Also, concrete pavements can be broken on the spot and used as a base layer for a paving of asphalt.
