Production of inert – Establishment of Collazzone
This is the first production plant of our company, where for more than forty years we produce inert selected. With the recent refurbishment completed in the year 2011, has been installed a new screening system in five floors, with storage of finished material in the hopper. This system allows the selection of five different sizes of gravel and a thorough washing of the same.
The load of the aggregates is made directly from the hopper to the truck, limiting storage to the ground so that the potential for contamination. You have also installed a second mill crushing and a second wash system “hydrocyclone” for the production of the sands, which, in addition to allow greater production, allows to obtain a perfectly clean and free of residues loam.
At this operating unit in locations Pian del Prete (Collazzone, Perugia) products are inert materials, selected with CE Certificate. The sizes available vary from a washed sand 0/4 up to a grit washed 16/31,5. In the same site, with a dedicated facility, through the crushing and screening of construction waste are produced inert waste various types: sand, stabilized, crushed stone 40/70 and tout-venant, all with CE Certificate.
